Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Whistlin Rose Boutique, however should you need to return an item you will need to e-mail us to get an authorization code. Return authorizations cannot be issued over the phone and returns will NOT be accepted without prior written authorization. Issued return authorization numbers are valid for 15 days and items must be received back to us within that time. Items sent back with no authorization  or after the 30 day return period are subject to a 30% restocking fee. 

Christmas gifts may returned or exchanged until at least 10 days after Christmas, otherwise our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it with original tags intact. No credit will be given for items with tags removed. It must also be in the original packaging with the required receipt or proof of purchase and returned within 10 days. Jewelry must be unopened.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)-Items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shoes must be returned with the box they came in. Please do not tape your shipping label to the shoe box. It must be inside a shipping box. 

Any broken items must be reported immediately upon receipt. 

Exchanges -We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at whistlinroseboutique@gmail.com

You must pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the original cost (i.e. our cost) of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A $15.00 restocking fee will be applied for items you received via free shipping or you may choose store credit for the returned items.

Customers cancelling orders that have been placed but not shipped will be charged a  restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase price including shipping. 

Any promotional (free) items must also be sent back with your returns. 

Colors of some items may be appear slightly different on different screens. This is not considered a defect. You will need to pay your own shipping back if you wish to return items for this reason.
