How Long Will it Take to Process My Order?

Sublimation shirts take up to 2 weeks to get the shirt in and to make the shirt. Most boutique clothing orders are processed and shipped out within 24 - 48 hours after the product has arrived to us (excluding major holidays and Sundays). Turn around (TAT) is different for each product! If you have questions please email us! Delivery time will be depending on the address you have applied to your order.

Do You Have Questions Regarding Your Order Status? 

You can log into your account and go to order history or you can send us an email at whistlinroseboutique@gmail.com if you do not see it and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

 I have not received my package, what do I do?

If you have not received your package and you have gotten a notification that it was shipped or delivered, contact your local Post office and file a claim with them. Once the post office has the package is out of our hands.

What Methods of Payment Do We Accept?

We currently offer Sezzle, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay plus Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We cannot accept multiple methods of payments on the same order. 

How Will I Know if My Order was Processed?

You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order provided you entered a valid email.
